What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address( we've got to ship that product to you, after all), credit card number and expiration date(not really. PayPal does that for us, but the law says we're *technically* collecting that information, albeit through a third party who never shows it to us). This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
How does LED Worklight Systems protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles real good. 128 bits of scrambled) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet and sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Do you use "cookies"?
Only for fighting off starvation during a 14 hour tech. Seriously, however:
Will you (LEDWS) disclose the information you collect to outside parties?
LED Worklight Systems, LLC (LEDWS) does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Ever. It's dishonest, annoying, and a great way to piss people off. We want you to be happy. Happy people buy things, ya know?
The lawyer says: LEDWS may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, or (ii) protect the rights, property or safety of LED Worklight Systems LLC, our users, or others.
(Lawyers can be so pesky sometimes)
We're committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping as simple, easy and friendly as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. As we said before, that sort of behaviour is for squirrels. (It's NUTS! -- Get it?)
